Job summary

Dough Zone USA, a well-established and fast-growing multi-unit restaurant group, is seeking a Controller/Finance lead. Based in Bellevue, you will oversee full-cycle accounting, close processes, and financial reporting across multiple locations to maintain strong internal controls.

Your role requires a CPA or active pursuit, experience in hospitality/manufacturing, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. bilingual Chinese/English is a plus, ERP systems knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, and manufacturing highly preferred.
• Must handle a fast-paced, high interaction volume environment.
• Knowledge of R365 or similar systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP or similar systems is a plus.
• CPA license or actively pursuing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage financial reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with SOP development and documentation.
• Oversee inventory and cost accounting across multiple locations.
• Provide cash flow analysis and forecasting for leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership and upper management.
• Coordinate with external consultant to align financial controls and policies.
• Oversee multi-entity/multi-location accounting; support audits as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
