Abode Money is seeking a Head of Strategy and Finance to work directly with the CEO on the company’s biggest financial and strategic questions. You’ll model complex problems, build budgets, and own the monthly close cadence while expanding new lines of business and regulatory initiatives.

You’ll lead cross-functional efforts across finance, operations, and legal, turn research into decision-ready documents, and sit in board discussions as the company scales from zero to growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or a similar analytical seat, plus real operating experience at a startup.
