Job summary
Grant Associates is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership across multiple contracts and operating companies in the United States. You will oversee a team of Senior Financial Analysts and a Finance Manager, delivering high‑quality planning, forecasting, reporting, billing oversight and business analysis.
The role partners with executive leadership to translate financial data into strategic insights that drive performance, growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of FP&A and contract finance experience.
- 2–4 years of leadership experience managing finance professionals.
- Experience with multiple operating units and executive interactions.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems (SAP BYD, Anaplan, ADP, Concur, Power BI).
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A across multiple contracts and operating companies.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for finance staff.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic financial decisions.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for senior stakeholders.
