Grant Associates is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership across multiple contracts and operating companies in the United States. You will lead a team of Senior Financial Analysts and a Finance Manager, delivering planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to inform executive decisions.

The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and ability to influence in a contract-driven environment, plus experience with enterprise finance systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive FP&A, contract financial management, or related roles.
• Minimum 2–4 years of leadership experience managing finance professionals.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to executive leadership and portfolio leaders.
• Build relationships with senior leaders by providing proactive financial guidance and strategic recommendations.
• Lead financial discussions with executive teams, translating data into actionable insights.
• Identify risks and opportunities and develop recommendations to support objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management across contracts and units.
• Develop and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and finance analytics for leadership reviews.
