Grant Cardone Enterprises seeks a Senior Vice President of Finance to own the financial engine in a hyper-growth environment. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving capital strategy, tax planning, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• MBA or advanced finance degree preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience.
• Experience with GAAP, audits, risk management, and multi-entity operations.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close end-to-end.
• Lead GAAP compliance and financial reporting to executives and the board.
• Set capital strategy and manage debt/equity financing arrangements.
• Oversee accounting, tax, risk management, and internal controls.
• Partner with leadership to translate financial data into strategic decisions.
• Direct external audit relationship and ensure clean results.
• Build and scale a high-performance finance organization.
