Job summary

Grant Street Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, high-impact implementation programs across multiple clients and teams, with anticipated M&A work and other strategic initiatives.

You will independently drive planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across finance, legal, HR, product, engineering, and operations, while navigating changing priorities and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in M&A, corporate development, consulting, financial services, enterprise technology, operations, or similarly complex environments
• Experience leading an M&A project and cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
• Excellent alignment-building across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication skills for executives, teams, and external partners
• Proactive problem solver who anticipates issues before they become roadblocks
• Experience recovering or stabilizing challenged projects or navigating organizational change

Responsibilities

• Lead mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, integrations, and other major cross-functional projects from early planning through execution
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and logs across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, legal, HR, product, engineering, operations, security, leadership, and external partners
• Support due diligence by organizing data requests, tracking items, and maintaining momentum
• Drive integration planning and execution including readiness activities and post-close follow-through
• Identify risks, blockers, and decision points early and drive resolution strategies
• Facilitate executive-level communication, status reporting, and governance meetings
• Manage competing priorities across workstreams while maintaining visibility into project health
• Drive accountability and foster collaboration, trust, and clarity
• Improve internal M&A processes and integration playbooks
• Support teams through changing priorities with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
• Travel up to 35% as needed based on project requirements
