Job summary

Gymreapers LLC is seeking a highly strategic Vice President of Finance to lead and scale the financial function as the company grows across Amazon, DTC, and Wholesale channels. The role oversees FP&A, accounting, and strategic initiatives to improve profitability and capital efficiency.

You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to translate vision into financial plans, model new verticals, and drive cost discipline while enabling rapid expansion and potential capital events.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in finance (FP&A, investment banking, or senior finance leadership).
• Proven experience leading finance in a high-growth consumer or ecommerce business.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Deep understanding of unit economics, contribution margin, and cash flow dynamics.
• Experience managing and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s financial strategy, including long-term planning and growth roadmap.
• Partner with CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives and major business decisions.
• Translate company vision into actionable financial plans and KPIs.
• Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Oversee FP&A, accounting, and financial reporting functions.
• Prepare company for future capital events (debt financing, private equity, or exit).
