Gymshark is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join the North America team. You will partner with Ecommerce, Retail, Wholesale and Gym channels to drive sales growth, profitability and strategic decision-making across North America.

In this role, you’ll forecast, budget, analyze performance and guide investment decisions, translating complex data into actionable insights and influencing at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years finance experience in Retail, Gym, Consumer Products (CPG) or FMCG.
• 2+ years partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Experience presenting financial information to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts and budgets for North America P&Ls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure forecasts are accurate and on time.
• Deliver financial analyses to drive process improvements and profitability.
• Provide financial guidance to support informed business decisions.
• Monitor and report on key KPIs and performance metrics.
• Prepare insights for senior leadership presentations.
• Identify initiatives to protect and create value across channels.
• Support investment decisions and post-investment reviews.
