Job summary

Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing has partnered with a valued client to identify a strategic VP of Finance for a rapidly growing e-commerce organization. This executive role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of systems, automation, and performance management to scale the business.

The VP of Finance will partner with executive leadership, oversee FP&A, accounting, and compliance, and drive AI-enabled efficiencies across channels.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of senior finance leadership experience.
• Experience supporting organizations in the $10M–$50M revenue range.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, modeling, controls, and reporting.
• Demonstrated success building financial infrastructure and scalable processes.
• Experience leading and developing teams of 5–15+ employees.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with financial systems, business intelligence tools, and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements.
• Build, improve, and scale financial systems, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Drive automation initiatives and AI-enabled financial efficiencies.
• Monitor and optimize financial performance across e-commerce channels.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 10–15 professionals.
• Partner with operations, technology, and digital teams to align financial strategy with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
