CFS is seeking a Regional Finance Director to oversee financial operations across multiple manufacturing facilities in Oregon. This senior role partners with plant leadership and corporate teams to shape budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while guiding an experienced finance staff through an ERP transformation and reporting enhancements.

The role requires strong leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Qualificações

Experience leading manufacturing finance across multiple sites.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
Proven leadership of finance teams and cross-functional partners.
Professional certifications or advanced degree preferred (CPA and/or MBA).

Responsabilidades

Oversee financial operations for multiple manufacturing facilities, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close.
Lead and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals across plant and corporate functions.
Support ERP implementation efforts and improve financial reporting capabilities.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business.
Partner with operations and senior leadership to improve decision-making and business performance.
