The position oversees financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for a large manufacturing business unit, driving profitability and strategic decision-making across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Product Management.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in ERP systems, Power BI, Excel modeling, and experience with capital budgeting, pricing, and product line profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
• Minimum 3 years in pricing, quotation, cost estimating, or financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and financial planning for a manufacturing unit with revenue >$300M.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic support to cross-functional teams.
• Oversee quoting processes, new program financials, and product cost modeling.
• Manage quote-to-launch process including capital, tooling, and investments.
