CB Partners, LLC is seeking a senior finance leader to move beyond traditional FP&A and act as a strategic business partner, guiding decisions, influencing performance, and supporting long-term growth across a multi-billion-dollar segment.

The role offers high visibility, executive exposure, and the opportunity to drive automation, analytics, and AI-enabled finance initiatives while mentoring the finance team and collaborating across Operations, Engineering, Product, and Supply Chain.

Formación

• 10+ years of finance experience with a focus on FP&A, business finance, or strategy.
• Experience supporting large business units, P&Ls, or product lines.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions at an executive level.
• Superior communication and presentation skills; experience with BI/automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management activities
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Maintain and enhance reporting, dashboards, and financial insights
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across finance
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation and advanced analytics
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
• Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership
• Mentor and develop finance team members through informal leadership and coaching
• Contribute to long-range planning and business growth initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• Strong background in FP&A, business finance, or strategic finance
• Experience supporting large business units, product lines, or P&Ls
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Experience with business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or automation tools
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational enhancements
