Job summary

IFG-US's client in the northern suburbs seeks a Senior Finance Manager to partner with executive leadership, translate financial insights into action, and drive sustainable growth. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and deliver executive-level reports that tell the story behind the numbers.

You will influence decisions, analyze performance, and champion continuous improvement through analytics, modeling, and technology-enabled reporting.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in finance, FP&A, or financial management.
• Strong business acumen to influence senior decision-makers.
• Advanced analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning that align with objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic financial guidance.
• Analyze performance, identify risks/opportunities, and deliver recommendations.
• Develop and present financial reports, dashboards, and exec-level materials.
• Support growth initiatives with financial analysis, modeling, and business cases.
• Enhance visibility with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
