Job summary

Structure Medical is seeking an experienced Controller to lead its finance function at the Mooresville, NC site. You will own accounting operations and partner with site leadership in a growing medical device manufacturing environment.

The role requires 8+ years in senior accounting/finance, 5+ years in leadership, and strong GAAP knowledge, budgeting, and ERP experience. Full-time on-site role with a supportive finance team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years of senior-level accounting/finance experience, manufacturing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Deep GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting expertise.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Full-time availability from Mooresville, NC facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and finance operations (AP, AR, payroll, tax, audits).
• Prepare and deliver monthly and annual financial statements.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and processes.
• Provide financial insights to guide executive decisions.
• Lead and mentor the site's finance team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
