Foundation Health Partners seeks a senior finance leader to oversee accounting and controller functions in Fairbanks, Alaska. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the role directs GL, AP, treasury, payroll and cost reporting, and ensures timely annual audit and tax submissions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, with MBA or CPA highly desirable and 7+ years in finance, including 5+ years in leadership. Oracle Fusion Cloud experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• MBA or CPA is highly desirable or equivalent experience with budgeting, cost accounting and healthcare reimbursement knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across GL, AP, treasury, payroll and cost reporting.
• Lead audit and tax submissions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with CFO and senior leadership on strategic financial decisions.
