You will partner with FP&A and operations, strengthen controls, and drive AI-enabled process improvements while guiding a growing accounting team.

Candidates should have 10+ years of accounting leadership, a CPA, and deep knowledge of GAAP; Oracle Cloud experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required.
• 10+ years of accounting experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Oracle Cloud experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting functions for multi-segment operation and ensure GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close and reporting processes.
• Partner with Operations and FP&A to support operational financial reporting.
• Strengthen process controls frameworks and governance.
• Collaborate with in-house AI team to drive system optimization and automation.
• Support RFP pricing and contracting strategy.
• Oversee reconciliations, journal entries and management reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with FAR requirements.
• Lead and develop the accounting team and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Support safety culture and responsible work practices.
