Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A and reporting.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the cost accounting team, aligning resources to drive cost savings via Lean methodologies.
• Identify and validate cost reduction opportunities and provide financial insights for decisions.
• Monitor CAPEX spending and capitalizations with Engineering for accountability.
• Oversee month-end close, actuals, and forecasting with accuracy and compliance.
• Lead budgeting and planning, including forecasts and scenarios.
• Coach and succession-plan team members using TPMS tools.
• Deliver savings targets and develop Finance as business partners in reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé financial policies and costing requirements.
