Job summary

Until is seeking its first dedicated strategic finance hire to own the company’s financial picture end to end. You’ll sit close to the CEO and leadership, build long-range forecasts, and turn ambitious scientific plans into clear operating decisions.

You’ll manage the model, fundraising support, cap table, and go-to-market considerations, while shaping the capital strategy and partnerships in a high-growth, mission‑driven setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, corporate development, or similar.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario planning ability.
• Ability to explain complex analyses to scientists and investors.
• Willingness to own multiple finance workstreams and prioritize high-impact tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and own long-range financial model and operating forecast.
• Collaborate on go-to-market evaluation for new programs or products.
• Support fundraising with financial models, investor materials, and data-room management.
• Shape capital strategy including grants, partnerships, and non-dilutive funding.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor spend, cap table administration, and 409A coordination.
• Translate analyses into clear recommendations for leadership and investors.
