Job summary

Until is seeking its first dedicated strategic finance hire to own the company’s financial picture end to end. You’ll build long-range models, support fundraising, shape go-to-market strategy, manage the cap table, and drive 409A planning with the CEO and leadership team.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, exceptional financial modeling skills, and a proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for scientists

Qualifications

4+ years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, corporate development, or another investing- or transaction-intensive role.
Exceptional financial modeling ability with well-supported assumptions.
Ability to explain modeling decisions clearly to a scientist, founder, or investor.

Responsibilities

Build and own Until’s long-range financial model, operating forecast, and scenario planning across facility buildout, new programs, hiring, and capital needs.
Partner with the Director of Strategy to evaluate go-to-market strategy for a first-of-its-kind product.
Work closely with the CEO on future fundraising, including financial models, investor materials, diligence support, and data-room management.
Help shape our capital strategy across venture financing, non-dilutive grants and government awards, and strategic partnerships.
