Job summary

Financeroles, based in Moorpark, CA, seeks a Finance Manager to drive strategic and operational financial planning for hardware products. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance leadership to evaluate profitability, manage budgets, and support business decisions across the product lifecycle.

The role requires deep financial and analytical skills, with knowledge of manufacturing economics, inventory, and cross-functional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10+ years' experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with costing and pricing of complex manufactured products and development contracts.
• Experience in Government Cost accounting principles and FAR.
• Knowledge of ASC-606 Revenue from Contracts with Customers.
• Expertise with MS Office, Hyperion, Oracle EBS, ProPricer and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly forecasting and variance reporting for hardware product line.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations.
• Support audits and review program Estimates at Complete (EAC) for profitability.
• Oversee program cost control, budgets, and financial analyses for programs.
• Collaborate with Cost Accounting and Supply Chain on BOMs and cost variances.
• Translate cost variances and supply constraints into financial impacts.
• Advise leadership to inform timely business decisions.
