Job summary

ITA Group, Inc. seeks a Financial Team Lead (Pharma) to support the Sanofi account within our Event Management unit. You will be the primary contact for spend and financial processes, collaborating with the Sanofi contact and ITA Group AE to align on strategy and outcomes.

You will lead the internal team, provide guidance and training, and ensure timely and accurate reporting. Strong accounting expertise and client-focused communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related major, with twelve semester hours of accounting including one cost accounting course.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Senior or Lead Event Accountant or five years of accounting related work experience, preferably in the Performance Marketing industry and two years of travel-related work experience.
• Ability to train and give work direction to team members.
• Ability to organize work and manage several projects simultaneously to meet established deadlines.
• Ability to apply analytical thinking and communicate this to others clearly.
• Proficient PC skills; Excel and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the internal team with professionalism and account knowledge.
• Maintain a positive relationship with the Sanofi client contact and ITA Group AE as the main point of contact for spend and financial processes.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Represent ITA Group with professionalism in interactions with clients.
