Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Head of Events & Engagements, North America, to lead a high‑impact team across NA markets. You will own end‑to‑end meetings and events, aligning with global strategy while partnering with GBUs, Finance, and Procurement to deliver measurable impact for patients and the business.

You will chair governance, drive transformation, and present strategic insights to executive leadership, building high‑performing partnerships and continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in business partnering, stakeholder management, or event strategy.
• Senior leadership tenure with C-suite engagement.
• Experience in regulated/pharma industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Event Leads and Specialists.
• Own meetings and events management for North America, including governance.
• Define NA event priorities, drive global-local alignment, and optimize portfolio.
• Oversee agency partnerships and vendor governance with Procurement.
• Present insights and ROO analysis to executives.
