Job summary

ITA Group is seeking a Financial Team Lead (Pharma) to serve as the primary contact for the Sanofi account and internal leadership. You will guide the team, manage spend and financial processes, and collaborate with the Account Executive to ensure strategic deliverables.

The role requires accounting expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to travel for client meetings as needed. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related major with twelve semester hours of accounting, including one cost accounting course.
• Minimum one year as a Senior or Lead Event Accountant, or five years accounting experience; travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sanofi account and ITA Group AE regarding spend and financial processes and strategy.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the internal team.
• Represent ITA Group professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Possibly travel to client meetings as needed.
