The Senior FP&A role will own the company financial model and ongoing forecasting, partnering with leadership to drive planning accuracy in a rapidly scaling environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic finance, FP&A or related fields with startup experience.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and experience building scalable financial systems.
• Experience using automation and AI to improve forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Stedi's company financial model, including revenue, expenses, headcount, and long-range forecasting.
• Build the metrics, models, and reporting infrastructure used to understand business performance with high accuracy.
• Own annual planning and ongoing forecasting processes, developing assumptions that reflect how the business operates.
• Develop reporting that explains performance against plan, including revenue growth, gross margin, and operating expenses.
