Job summary

Blossom Health is seeking a Strategic Finance & Business Operations Lead to own the financial and analytical work behind key business decisions. The role focuses on revenue structure, economics, and scalable analytics as the company grows.

You’ll report to the Founder and collaborate with leaders across the organization, translating complex data into actionable recommendations and building processes that enable fast, evidence-based decisions in a hyper-growth startup.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in finance and financial analysis.
• Experience in investment banking, equity research, private equity, hedge funds, or other rigorous investing/financial environments.
• Strong ability to model complex financial and operational scenarios and translate data into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own financial analysis and modeling across revenue, growth, unit economics, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop understanding of Blossom's revenue structure and identify opportunities to improve economics.
• Build models and analyses guiding growth, investment, resource allocation, and new opportunities.
• Partner with the Founder and leaders on high-priority strategic projects.
• Translate data into clear recommendations and actionable decisions.
• Establish reporting, forecasting, and analytics processes as the company scales.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, markets, and strategic initiatives from financial and operational perspectives.
• Act beyond analysis to help execute on identified opportunities.
