Job summary

Blossom Health is hiring a Strategic Finance & Business Operations Lead in New York. You will own the financial and analytical work behind critical business decisions, digging into revenue structures, building robust financial models, and evaluating new opportunities.

You will report directly to the Founder and partner with leaders across the company as we scale. This is not a generalist BizOps role; it requires a sharp finance mind, strong modeling skills, and a bias for action to turn

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of professional experience in finance or related field.
• Experience in investment banking, equity research, private equity, hedge funds, or similar rigorous investing environments.
• Strong financial modeling skills with ability to analyze revenue structures and unit economics.
• Proven track record in demanding, high-growth environments.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate numbers into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own financial analysis and modeling across revenue, growth, unit economics, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop deep understanding of Blossom’s revenue structure and identify opportunities to improve economics.
• Build models and analyses informing company-level decisions on growth, investments, and resource allocation.
• Partner with the Founder and leadership on high-priority strategic projects and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Develop reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes as the company scales.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, markets, and strategic initiatives from financial and operational perspectives.
