• Lead cash management and financial reporting functions.
• Direct accounting staff and internal controls for records and services.
• Analyze financial position and issue periodic reports to management.
• Develop budget programs and improve budgeting processes.
• Oversee annual audit activities and regulatory compliance.
• Provide financial guidance on contracts and strategic decisions.
• Plan and implement efficient accounting systems and team growth.
