Job summary
The Puyallup Tribe of Indians seeks a Finance and Business Development Manager to oversee the Tribe's financial planning, reporting, and strategic development initiatives. The role requires strong analytical and presentation skills to support executive leadership and Tribal Council decisions.
You will manage budgeting processes, investment analysis, and partnerships across gaming, hospitality, real estate, and other ventures, ensuring regulatory compliance and sound financial governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business or related field required.
- MBA or MS in Finance/Investments required.
- Minimum 3–5 years in corporate development, finance, or related fields; experience in tribal government preferred.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and assess business development strategies to meet strategic objectives.
- Develop financial models to assess investment opportunities and scenarios.
- Coordinate due diligence, project planning, and financing for development opportunities.
- Prepare financial and program reports for leadership and Council.
