You’ll partner with executive leadership to shape strategy, implement ERP enhancements, and optimize reporting with data-informed decision-making. The role focuses on standardizing processes, enabling scalable growth, and delivering measurable financial outcomes through automation and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• CPA/CMA or similar credential preferred.
• 8+ years leading finance transformation in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives across ERP, reporting, and automation projects.
• Partner with CFO and senior leaders to align transformation with strategy.
• Establish KPIs and governance for project delivery and benefits realization.
