Job summary

Gun Lake Casino Resort seeks a Director of Finance Strategic Initiatives to drive enterprise-wide transformation across finance, ERP systems, and data analytics. You will partner with the CFO and senior leaders to standardize processes, improve reporting, and enable scalable growth.

The role requires a track record in leading complex changes, coaching finance teams, and delivering measurable outcomes through technology and process redesign.

Qualifications

Eight or more years of progressive leadership experience in finance transformation and large-scale initiatives.
Experience with ERP implementation or optimization and data analytics tooling.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead finance transformation initiatives across ERP, reporting, automation, and processes.
Partner with CFO and senior leaders to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
Establish KPIs, governance, and change management for successful adoption.
