Qualifications

• 8–12 years in strategic finance, corporate strategy, or investment banking, with 3–4 years in-house strategy at a scaling company.
• Proven track record building board-level materials and supporting C-suite/board audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic projects (pricing, market entry, GTM investments).
• Strong financial modeling skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets, SQL, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Formlabs’ long-range financial plan across product lines, geographies and channels.
• Create board materials and executive-level financial packages with strategic narratives and KPI dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end, including pricing, GTM cases, and geographic expansion analyses.
• Develop financial frameworks and decision tools to evaluate make-vs-buy, channel mix, and R&D prioritization.
• Partner with Head of Finance and CFO to shape the annual operating plan with realistic targets.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations leaders.
• Monitor market dynamics and industry trends; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Improve how Formlabs communicates financial performance to stakeholders.
