Job summary

You will lead financial planning, accounting, payroll, and grants management, advise senior leadership on risks and opportunities, and prepare reports for leadership and funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in non-profit or government-funded programs.
• Expertise in GAAP, cost allocation, and grants management.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee accounting, payroll, and procurement functions.
• Monitor grant and contract compliance with funder regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for leadership and funders.
• Advise senior leadership on financial risks, opportunities, and strategies.
