Equus Workforce Solutions in Houston seeks a strategic financial leader to oversee the Houston Childcare Project’s finances, ensuring compliance with regulations while safeguarding fiscal integrity and guiding budget forecasting to maximize program impact.

You will lead financial planning, accounting, payroll, and grants management, advise senior leadership on risks and opportunities, and prepare reports for leadership and funders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in non-profit or government-funded programs.
• Expertise in GAAP, cost allocation, and grants management.
