Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions, Houston Childcare Project, seeks a senior financial leader to oversee all financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide budgeting and forecasting to maximize program impact.

You will lead accounting, payroll, procurement, and grants management, provide strategic risk analysis, and report to executive leadership and funders, helping expand services while maintaining fiscal integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in non-profit or government-funded programs.
• Expertise in GAAP, cost allocation, and grants management.
