Job summary

BMA Group Panama in Puerto Rico seeks a Director of Finance to lead the hotel, residences, and club finance functions. You will shape financial strategy, deliver timely analysis, and ensure policy compliance across the organization.

Led by the General Manager, you will develop forecasts and budgets, manage internal controls, mentor the finance team, and partner with operations to drive profitability while maintaining standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership finance experience, hospitality preferred.
• Experience in hotel or resort finance leadership.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial analysis skills.

• Lead long-term financial strategy and align with brand objectives.
• Provide timely, transparent financial reports to ownership and leadership.
• Develop forecasts and budgets with corporate alignment.
