Job summary

Four Seasons Puerto Rico is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to provide strategic direction and leadership for all restaurant, bar, lounge, in-room dining, banquets, catering, and residential services. This executive role drives revenue optimization, cost management, and operational excellence across hotel and private residences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably as Director of F&B in a luxury hotel brand.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall Food & Beverage strategic vision in alignment with Four Seasons standards and objectives.
• Serve on the Executive Leadership/Planning Committee contributing to strategic planning and business development.
• Oversee departmental budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures; monitor revenue and costs across all outlets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B leadership team; ensure staffing and talent development.
• Ensure brand standards, compliance, and exceptional guest and homeowner experiences across hotel and residential services.
