Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Director of Finance for Saddlebrook Resort to lead all financial operations. You will partner with the General Manager and ownership to drive profitability, oversee cash flow, and manage budgets across rooms, F&B, golf, spa, and events.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in resort finance, strong leadership, and expertise in USALI and GAAP. A strategic partner to resort leadership, you will guide financial planning and risk management in a high-profile property.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years progressive hotel or resort finance/accounting experience.
• Experience as Director of Finance or senior hotel finance leadership preferred.
• Experience with multi-outlet, luxury resort environments and multiple revenue streams.
• Strong knowledge of USALI, GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial and accounting operations per USALI and GAAP.
• Partner with GM and ownership to drive financial performance.
• Lead monthly reports, forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow and key metrics.
• Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting with department leaders.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with policies.
