Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Finance for San Diego Mission Bay Resort, a 357-room waterfront property. You will oversee accounting and financial reporting for all resort operations, elevate controls, mentor managers, and drive performance in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in hotel finance, CPA preferred, and a proven ability to manage AR, AP, payroll, GL, and ERP systems, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Eight+ years of related and progressively responsible experience with two years supervisory/management experience in a hotel/resort setting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IT/purchasing.
• Oversee AR, AP, Credit & Collection, Payroll and General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for all operations of the resort.
• Mentor managers and develop staff to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate staff in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
