Job summary

The Camby, Autograph Collection in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Director of Finance to act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and leadership team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting leadership in hospitality.
• Experience with hotel brands (Marriott preferred) and hospitality finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and long-range planning for a 279-room luxury property.
• Partner with GM and Executive Committee on profitability and operational performance.
• Develop and mentor the hotel finance team, including Accounting Manager and Accounting Clerk.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead financial systems initiatives, including Workday integration and optimization.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance leaders.
