LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare services organization to recruit a Director of Finance. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity supporting an innovative, high-growth business backed by private equity investment.

The selected candidate will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving financial performance, long-range planning, and executive reporting while mentoring a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or accounting experience.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis activities.
• Partner with executive leadership and operational leaders to drive strategic and financial decision-making.
• Develop complex financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support growth initiatives.
• Analyze business performance, profitability, cash flow, and key operational metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, presentations, dashboards, and KPI analysis.
• Lead consolidated financial reporting processes and support enterprise-wide planning activities.
• Drive process improvements and enhance financial visibility across the business.
• Support treasury, capital planning, and strategic investment initiatives as needed.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership.
