This role partners with the VP of Finance and senior leaders to challenge assumptions, assess risks, and deliver actionable insights to improve divisional performance.

• Strong financial leadership in land development and homebuilding
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and pro forma investment analysis
• Ability to partner with operations and executive teams to drive performance

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Oversee financial performance analysis for land development and homebuilding operations
• Develop comprehensive financial forecasts: revenue, margin, cash flow, ROI
• Present results and insights to divisional and corporate leadership
