Responsibilities

• Budget Management Expertise: Extensive experience in land development with a keen focus on budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Strategic Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of land development, from planning through final delivery, with an emphasis on optimizing costs and adhering to budget constraints.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with internal teams, engineers, contractors, and municipal partners to ensure efficient project execution while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Operational Efficiency: Lead the land development team in executing detailed project plans, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and cost management.
• Regulatory and Financial Compliance: Ensure all development activities comply with regulatory requirements while staying within budgetary constraints.

• Project Execution & Cost Control: Oversee execution from site preparation through infrastructure installation; manage relationships with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders; implement robust cost control measures.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing land development team, emphasizing financial discipline and operational excellence.

Qualifications
