Qualifications

• A relevant business education with 10+ years of experience in strategic financial management.
• CPA beneficial and experience leading mergers and acquisitions including financial modeling and due diligence.
• Experience helping organizations grow through strategic initiatives and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Lead mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration.
• Partner with leadership to develop growth strategies and evaluate opportunities.
• Mentor a lean accounting team and drive process improvements.
