Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics; MBA/CPA strongly preferred.
• At least 10 years progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership.
• Experience in wealth/asset management or RIA is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Strategic finance and corporate development, M&A support and due diligence.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, and capital allocation.
• Maintain internal controls, audits, GAAP compliance, and risk management.
• Develop finance team; drive automation and continuous improvement.
