Job summary

Tri-Imaging Solutions, a private equity-backed medical imaging parts and service company, seeks a Director of Finance in a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN. You will lead FP&A, board reporting, and cash forecasting while partnering with the CFO on strategic decisions and growth initiatives.

You will manage a small FP&A team, build scalable planning processes, and translate data into actionable insights for executive leadership and lenders, supporting continued acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A and team leadership.
• Experience in PE-backed or leveraged environments and lender reporting preferred.
• Healthcare/medical imaging, distribution, or services background a plus.
• M&A or post-merger integration experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, rolling forecast, and operating model development.
• Prepare management and board reporting, including KPI analysis and EBITDA.
• Own cash forecasting, working capital analytics, and liquidity modeling.
• Oversee pricing, contract analysis, and margin assumptions with teams.
• Manage and develop a small FP&A team; mentor growth and succession.
• Partner with CFO and executives on strategic financial decisions.
