Responsibilities

• Lead finance operations and provide strategic direction to the finance team.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments.
• Oversee accounting, payroll, cash management, and internal controls.
• Coordinate and support annual financial audit and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with People and Culture on HR and benefits matters; participate in 401K committee.
