Cy-Hope seeks a Director of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee day-to-day operations for a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving families in Texas. You will manage AP/AR, payroll, ledgers, and cash management while ensuring strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.

You will deliver monthly statements, budgets, forecasts, and analyses to the Executive Director and Board, guiding program funding and grant reporting to support Cy-Hope’s mission and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and documentation.
• Provide timely financial information to leadership and Board.
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and grant requirements.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and analyses.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with leadership and program directors.
• Monitor grant budgets and restricted/unrestricted funds.
• Coordinate audit processes and respond to external auditors.
