Job summary

USI INC is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Finance Coordinator to manage all day-to-day financial aspects of the business. This part-time position requires close collaboration with the GM on the site’s financial planning and compliance matters, ensuring timely resolution of all financial issues. The role is entirely onsite in Milpitas, California.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields, and 5+ years of experience. Knowledge of corporate finance laws and excellent communication skills are essential. The expected pay rate is $50 – $60 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of Tax compliance (US and EU), Transfer-pricing and Commercial Finance.
• Experience in an Automotive Tier 1 and/or Global Manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Retain constant awareness of the site’s financial position.
• Manage all intercompany and transfer pricing issues.
• Work with Corporate Tax and Shared Service Teams on tax compliance.
• Monitor relationships with Operations and Shared Service Teams.
• Provide ad hoc reporting to leadership teams.
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
