Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/cost accounting is preferred.
• Experience with US GAAP & SOX compliance is required.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications add value.
• Experience with OneStream or similar FP&A systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and finance department and monthly financial statements.
• Establish controls to safeguard assets and ensure SOX compliance.
• Produce reports forecasting income, expenses, and earnings.
