Qualifications

- Master's degree or certifications such as CFA/CPA/MBA are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Partnering with leaders to drive performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for company goals.
- Analyze performance, variances, and KPIs to improve profitability.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports for senior management.
- Develop dashboards to track financial KPIs and provide insights.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and R&D to align financial goals.
